The Why Not Foundation was awarded the Citizen Merit Medal in 2020. This is a recognition awarded by the Donostia City Council at the suggestion of citizens. That 19th of January was a very special day for all of us, as we attended the Plenary Hall for the presentation of these awards. <\/p>\n

In a very emotional ceremony, Pablo Munilla, founder of Why Not, collected the medal and in his speech emphasised that much of the award belongs to the centre’s users, brave people who take the step of attending and thanks to whom a large family has been formed.<\/p>\n

The other organisations and individuals recognised with this distinction were Bikarte, Naizen, Jesus Rubio Raymond and Itziar Mintegui.<\/p>\n
